8、 Fault Name: maximum current alarm

Protection measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: the working current of single module pump exceeds the maximum limit.
terms of settlement:
(1).Restart the laser after it is turned off and check whether it is normal; If normal, normal use;
(2). If the maximum current alarm is still given, the driving MOS tube in a single module may break down, so the laser should be turned off immediately and the customer service personnel of Chuangxin should be contacted.

9、 Fault Name: water cooling plate alarm of electric module

Protection measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible causes: the temperature of the water cooling plate of the laser module is too high, the temperature alarm.
terms of settlement:
Turn off the laser, and check whether the flow rate and water temperature of the water cooler are normal, and whether the water pipe is blocked. After the inspection, restart the laser and the laser returns to normal. If not, contact Chuangxin customer service staff.

10、 Fault Name: water cooling plate temperature alarm of beam combiner

Protection measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser;
Possible causes: the temperature of the water cooling plate of the laser beam combiner is too high, and the temperature alarm is given.
terms of settlement:
Turn off the laser, and check whether the flow rate and water temperature of the water cooler are normal, and whether the water pipe is blocked. After the inspection, restart the laser and the laser returns to normal. If not, contact Chuangxin customer service staff.
